Join MBC in Monash Ball!

Hey everyone! I'm sure some of you might be having dilemma whether or not to go to this year's Monash Ball. Facing problems like no friends want to go, can't find enough people to occupy a table, etc.

Well, you can always join MBC's table! It is our tradition to book a few tables in Monash Ball, exclusively for its members and their friends.

If you are interested to join MBC's table, please give your name to us ASAP! MUSA is offering early bird price of RM85 until end of this month only! After that, you have to pay RM95 for a ticket.

There is no limitation on the minimum or maximum number of people that can join the MBC table. Call Laura, Jacqueline or your department heads to give your names. Please prepare a deposit of RM50 when you register with us.

Ticket Price: RM85 (early bird)
RM95 (normal price)

2nd Hand Book Sale + Clubs and Societies Week

Monashians love us, don't they. :) We organise second hand book sales when every semester starts. Hmm.... Let me provide some statistical information about the sales:

1. We have more than 30 books coming in everyday!


2. We used up 7 receipt books...


3. The most sought after textbook is Law in Commerce xD

Thanks to all existing members who are still very supportive and active in this club. And also a big WELCOME to all new members!

Approximately 100 members renewed membership or signed up in a matter of 4 days!
However, there is currently 130 members in the club, not including the elected committees =D

Hey! Please note that we will be having our General Elections in a week's time! Details are as below:

Anyone who's interested to run for a position in the 2008 committee, please drop by MM Shop to fill in the nomination form.

Every member should, really should, attend this meeting. It is very important for new members as you will be choosing your department in MBC.

The departments are: Public Relations, MM Shop and Activities.

THE NEW MBC T-SHIRT IS OUT !

On 31 July, we will be selling the t-shirt at a discounted price of RM15 to any student, members or non-members. The offer is only valid on that day!

After that, the t-shirt will be sold at RM15.90 for MBC members and RM18.90 for non-members.



Next...

Those who have not buy their Networking Party ticket yet, you can buy it on that day.
Price is RM6 for members and RM8 for non-members.

The party is on 3 August 2007 (Friday), 6pm-10pm at the library rooftop (accessible from Block 6 Level 4).


Finally....

Those who sold their books through us can start claiming their sales proceeds or unsold books from 1 Aug-15 Aug, 10am-3pm at our Monash Merchandise Shop.

General Meeting
